Our consulting work centers on creating cultures of belonging for emerging generations in organizations. Everything we do is data-driven and relies on our unique approach based in the science of human and organizational behavior.  We design deliverables that will best serve your organization for years to come.   

All of our projects begin by listening to you, and helping you to listen to the people in and around your organization. We employ Behavioral Mapping and Objective Mapping to make sure our work together is aligned and reflective of the unique challenges your organization faces.

We coach you and your team about how to systematically listen to your stakeholders in ways that reflect your organization’s values and increase buy-in for the action plan to come.

Our years of data collection and research experience along with expertise in facilitation come together in this phase as we work both behind the scenes and with your team to help make sense out of all the listening that has been done.

We put a special emphasis on making sure diverse voices and perspectives are included so that all people are understood accurately. In this phase, we use common facilitation techniques as well as asset-based community development principles and an organizational inventory.

Our team are experts in organizational culture and helps you identify exactly which elements of your organization’s culture need to be activated to achieve your goals based on the listening and understanding done in the first two steps.

We design and refine collaboratively with you and your team until we arrive at a plan that is both accurate and feasible. Most importantly, we also help you craft a communications plan to help get broad buy-in and understanding.

We stick with you and your organization for follow-up coaching and check-ins to help tweak plans and address any unforeseen challenges.
