Rachel (she/her), 2025 Springtide Ambassador (19 – Tennessee) 

Favorite entertainment: Listening to music. I’m drawn to songs that delve into the depths of human emotion and authentically articulate experiences we all navigate. Some of my favorites include Taylor Swift, Noah Kahan, Greta Van Fleet, Gracie Abrams, Zach Bryan, AJR, and Saint Motel. 

Favorite dessert: Crumbl cookies! 

Place where I feel centered: When I am with the people I love. Whether I’m spending time with family, having an insightful conversation with a professor, or working 1:1 with a student at my tutoring job, I feel most at home when I can meaningfully connect with others. To me, the beauty of life lies in relationships that reflect God’s love, inspire growth, and remind us of our shared purpose. 

Unique talent or trait: I love learning about the Enneagram as a tool for self-discovery and fostering meaningful relationships. I am an Enneagram 3, wing 2 so I’m highly goal-oriented, productivity focused, and driven, but I also deeply value empathy, which allows me to recognize and celebrate the unique strengths of others. 

Dream profession: One that allows me to integrate my diverse interests: building meaningful connections with others, sharing my faith, advocating for mental health awareness, and supporting individuals with disabilities.
