Kaitlyn McCracken

Kaitlyn McCracken (she/her), Research Intern

Kaitlyn joins Springtide as a research intern. She was drawn to the internship because of Springtide’s focus on teenagers and young adults and looks forward to analyzing stories through a research lens. Kaitlyn is a senior at Asbury University majoring in sociology and English. She intends to pursue a Ph.D. in sociology, focusing on research narrative sociology and collective storytelling in the Appalachian region. When not working, Kaitlyn enjoys writing poetry and creative nonfiction and making/listening to folk & bluegrass music.
