b'Noticed41I am currently in a mindfulness class with five other participants, hosted by the office of the chapel at my university. We meet once a week and learn strategies on centering our breath and feeling the sensations and emotions in our body. All of us students are learning together, so were growing in mindfulness in a space where each of us are given grace to ~be~. I feel more grounded and more connected with the other students, myself, the instructor, and the Divine.Imani, 23'
